The volumes arrange themselves around small light courts, drawing daylight deep into the house while keeping full privacy from street and neighbours. Planting is not an afterthought — it is part of the facade's composition, tempering the climate and shading the openings.
Above, the house reclaims the ground it occupies: planted terraces, shaded sitting areas and a family pool with an open view — a full storey of open-air living.
